Assignment: understand the future guest in regards to immersive experiences and loyalty program needs

While building out any immersive experience, web platform, or membership offering, it is important to understand who the user is and what their needs are- and to build with a customer centric viewpoint. At OCVIBE, as we designed our future experiences- both physical and digital, we wanted to get in tough with our future guests and their needs.

Through extensive audience analysis, we were able to form assumption based personas and key audience groups. These tools are still in need of validation through more demographic research, but they allowed us to have journey based thinking and narratives as we thought about our future offerings.
