I'm Taylor Naughton, a design strategist based in New York City, building a career driven by passion, creativity, and impact. Originally from Chicago, I most recently held the pivotal role of Director of Experience Strategy and Design at OCVIBE, where I remotely led the experience and digital design strategy for the largest, smart sports and entertainment development in the United States—an immersive $4 billion project in Orange County, California, surrounding the home of the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Franchise.

Prior to OCVIBE, my journey includes significant chapters at Accenture Interactive and R/GA, where I honed my skills in digital innovation strategy and design. Collaborating with notable clients such as Marriott, American Express, Estée Lauder, Samsung, and Disney, my portfolio showcases diverse projects, from loyalty strategies to product design and ethnographic research.

A crucial part of my story involves founding and leading the nonprofit, Chicago Fashion Coalition (CFC), where I championed diversity and sustainability in the local Chicago fashion industry, leaving a lasting legacy for my successors to continue to grow.

Now, I'm embarking on a new venture—T. D. Nexus.

It is an evolving platform for design, culture, and conversation. More than just my personal brand, it is a community-driven space reflecting my commitment to fostering collaboration and creativity.

In my overarching narrative, each project I’ve been a part of has become a vibrant thread contributing to a rich tapestry. Weaving together my many passions for design, fashion, sports, and culture, I explore new dimensions of innovation and creativity. I understand these individual industries do not exist in vacuums and the most impact and cultural moments result from the blending of these spaces in new ways.
