
BONVOY Loyalty strategy
Assignment: MAke Marriott bonvoy the world’s favorite travel brand.
While working at Accenture my proudest work was redefining the Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program and additional membership mindset research.
We began working with Bonvoy just as they had acquired SPG and our goal was to create a rewards system that would make them the world’s favorite travel brand. Flash forward 4 years later, many of the initial concepts we pitched have come to fruition and are available to experience through the Bonvoy mobile application. To this day, I remain a platinum member and utilize the program I helped design as much as I can.
