Assignment: re-design & build mobile app in 3 months- before season opener

After switching vendors only three months before the NHL Anaheim Ducks’ Opener, our team had a short timeline to re-design and build the mobile application for the 2024-2025 season.

With a scrappy team of just four, it was all hands on deck. We each had to wear many hats and do whatever was needed to meet our deadline.

My role: Work with our vendor Yinzcam to understand available functionalities, our internal creative team to represent our new branding, and look to the industry for best in class style, to quickly optimize and elevate the future mobile UI.

After a quick turnaround and successful build, I also coordinated the creation of all assets used in arena and fan communications to market the availability of our new application in the Apple store.
